The ring is inspired by Leon Bakst's sketches for Diaghilev's Russian Seasons. Lilies from the sketch "Green Raja", circles from the costumes for "Ancient Greek tragedies", curls from the sketch "Afternoon of a Faun" and elements from the shawl of the dancing Peri.

Bakst Ring is the finalist of the National prestigious competition in Russia in the category "Jewelry Techniques: Traditions in Craftsmanship".
