MODERN ROMANTICISM. When Philippe Lauras created his first branded collection under his own name four years ago, it was a very natural decision. His career as a jeweller in the heart of Haute Joaillerie has been flourishing for over 30 years. First, 15 years of perfecting his craft in two Parisian workshops known for their ability to produce the most demanding and prestigious pieces for illustrious jewelry houses. Over the years, Philippe has acquired and enriched his technical and artistic know-how and collaborated with the artistic directors of renowned brands: JAR, Fred, Cartier, Harry Winston. With this experience Philippe created his own workshop with a focus on the design of unique pieces for the great names in jewellery. A close collaboration with Victoire de Castellane and the Dior jewellery studio until 2017 speaks for itself in terms of excellence that Philippe masters. All of these paths naturally lead Philippe to creating under his own name. I am very pleased to present Philippe Lauras' first collection. Created in the best traditions of Haute Joaillerie, his creations are inspired by the classic while having a very modern touch thanks to the very judicious choice of volumes. His elegant and refined creations have a royal aura. The pieces are mobile, light, they move, they live… Only a handcrafted realization can make the curves so soft and fluid, says Philippe. He favors balance and legibility of the lines, often asymmetrical. The diamonds used are natural, D.E/VVS quality, guaranteed by the Kimberley International Certification. I see the unique signature.
